Niloo joined Panoramic Interests in 2008, bringing her experience in systems and organizational development, quality systems implementation, strategic planning, marketing and public relations, from hi-tech to the real estate industry. Prior to joining Panoramic, as Principal of Corporate Development Partners Management Consulting Firm, she helped clients develop strategy, marketing, funding, organizational effectiveness and speed-based efficient systems & processes to enable them to evolve through rapid transitions successfully.
At Panoramic, she has been responsible for developing marketing and branding plans, design of website and marketing collateral, public relations and community outreach, and patents for residential development design and concepts. Her market research and outreach efforts resulted in strategic selection of ideal tenants for both residential and commercial properties. In addition to managing the Panoramic’s Berkeley portfolio, she directs the firm’s various special projects.
