Since joining Panoramic Interests in 2008, Niloo has helped shape the company’s leasing, marketing, property operations, and design strategies, driving strong occupancy, enhancing the tenant experience, and maximizing the long-term value of Panoramic’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
With a background in systems engineering and strategic consulting, Niloo combines analytical thinking with a hands-on, creative approach. She leads branding, marketing, and tenant relations while cultivating strong community relationships and contributing to the design and positioning of Panoramic’s developments.
Prior to Panoramic, Niloo was a Principal at Corporate Development Partners, advising companies on strategy, marketing, funding, and organizational effectiveness.
