Patrick Kennedy is the owner of Panoramic Interests, a development firm that has been building housing, live-work space, and commercial property in the Bay Area since 1990. The firm has focused on dense, mixed-use, mixed-income, infill developments, typically financed with private funds. All of the multi-family housing projects include below market rate units.
JP Walsh
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, JP oversees all financial, legal, and research efforts within the firm. His specific duties include building and maintaining financial models, driving and negotiating project capital structures, managing investor relations, and supporting site feasibility, acquisitions, and the entitlement process. JP also manages the firms Opportunity Zone efforts including the creation of the Bay Area Opportunity Fund.
Michael Thomas
Director of Business Development
Michael’s role with Panoramic is in growing the business through land acquisitions and establishing joint ventures. He began his real estate career in 2002 as a multifamily real estate broker. In 2007, Michael founded a brokerage firm, and served as its President before transitioning to international real estate firm, CBRE. He has been involved in over 200 real estate closings.
Niloo Nouri
Director of Marketing
Niloo joined Panoramic Interests in 2008, bringing her experience in systems and organizational development, quality systems implementation, strategic planning, marketing and public relations, from hi-tech to the real estate industry. Prior to joining Panoramic, as Principal of Corporate Development Partners Management Consulting Firm, she helped clients develop strategy, marketing, funding, organizational effectiveness and speed-based efficient systems & processes to enable them to evolve through rapid transitions successfully.
Yuhan Ke
Project Manager
Yuhan joined Panoramic after moving to San Francisco, to follow her passion for real estate. She worked at the Department of Transportation and City Planning in New York City, after graduating from Columbia University with a MS in Urban Planning. Her experience is in design, city planning and data analysis, and she is involved in various aspects of the entitlement process with a focus on procurement. In her free time she enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants.
