Patrick Kennedy is the owner of Panoramic Interests, a development firm that has been building housing, live-work space, and commercial property in the Bay Area since 1990. The firm has focused on dense, mixed-use, mixed-income, infill developments, typically financed with private funds. All of the multi-family housing projects include below market rate units.
JP Walsh
Partner
A Partner at Panoramic Interests, JP oversees all financial, legal, and research efforts within the firm. His specific duties include building and maintaining financial models, driving and negotiating project capital structures, managing investor relations, and supporting site feasibility, acquisitions, and the entitlement process. JP also manages the firms Opportunity Zone efforts including the creation of the Bay Area Opportunity Fund.
Michael Thomas
Director of Business Development
Michael’s role with Panoramic is in growing the business through land acquisitions and establishing joint ventures. He began his real estate career in 2002 as a multifamily real estate broker. In 2007, Michael founded a brokerage firm, and served as its President before transitioning to international real estate firm, CBRE. He has been involved in over 200 real estate closings.
Nasir Khan
Director of Construction
Nasir Khan serves as Director of Construction at Panoramic Interests, where he leads the execution of the firm’s development projects from preconstruction through completion. His work focuses on managing construction, budget, permitting, utility coordination, and other project risks that can impact cost and schedule.
Niloo Nouri
Director of Marketing
Since joining Panoramic Interests in 2008, Niloo has helped shape the company’s leasing, marketing, property operations, and design strategies, driving strong occupancy, enhancing the tenant experience, and maximizing the long-term value of Panoramic’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Yuhan Ke
Project Manager
Yuhan joined Panoramic Interests after relocating to San Francisco to pursue her passion for real estate development. She previously worked with the New York City Department of Transportation and City Planning after earning a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
