Yuhan joined Panoramic Interests after relocating to San Francisco to pursue her passion for real estate development. She previously worked with the New York City Department of Transportation and City Planning after earning a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
As a Project Manager, Yuhan oversees projects from early feasibility through construction and delivery. Her responsibilities span entitlement coordination, design management, construction
administration, and cross-functional team leadership. She works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and quality. She plays a key role in budget development, cost review, and financial analysis, conducting detailed budget evaluations, tracking project expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, she manages procurement logistics, contract coordination, and schedule oversight to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
With a strong analytical background and hands-on construction experience, Yuhan combines strategic planning with disciplined execution to deliver high-quality housing developments.
