Panoramic Interests and Elmwood Development Group (“Sponsors”) are offering an opportunity to invest in CITYSPACE 2555 College, a new, 12-unit apartment building (the “Project”) in a prime, Southside Berkeley location.
The Project is a four-story walk-up apartment building, with 47 single bedrooms. It is a seven-minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus, and within walking distance of many local businesses.
The Project is fully entitled, and the construction documents are complete. The Sponsors have submitted to the City of Berkeley for the Building Permit.
